A) HTML Structure - top

If you check the HTML code of any layout you will find that each row is highlighted with comments showing its start and end, so you can easily delete or duplicate any of them, here is a similar color formation to what you get if you open any layout in Firefox and choose View Page Source, part of the code looks like that:

B) Using the Themebuilder - top

Here're some steps of how to use our Themebuilder:

1. -With the 'video" tab you can add a video (if you have bought a video mail). How it works will be explained in the item description.
2. -With the tab "Change Header Images" you can adjust background images by entering a valid URL link.
3. -With the "Change Pattern" tab you can adjust the pattern colours in the body layout.
4. -With the tab "Change Styles" you can adjust all colours like text and backgrounds.

5. -With the Duplicate and Delete buttons you can duplicate or remove modules.

6. -When you hover over an image or text you see a pencil icon. When you click on this you can adjust or replace the text or image.
7. -With images you see a cross icon, you can remove the image with this.

8. -When you have adjusted/made your template you click on "Export Layout" and then export the file as HTML, MailChimp or Campaign Monitor.

9. -Then you send the template via an Email Platform.

C) Changing Images with offline folders - top

If you use our Themebuilder you can easily replace all images with a valid URL

If you don't want to use our themebuilder, no problem, just open the folder called "images" and replace them with yours

D) PSD Files - top

We've used 1 PSD with several structures:

E) MailChimp Support - top

1. login into MailChimp
2. Click on Templates
3. Click on Create Template
4. Import HTML or Paste in code
5. Click on Upload
6. Now you see the template and code. Click on the bottom right “Safe and Exit”
7. Now click on “Campaigns"
8. Top right button “Create Campaign”
9. Regular ol’ Campaign “Select”
10. Bottom right “next”
11. Enter your Campaign info and click on the bottom right “next”
12. Click on “Saved Templates”
13. Select now the template you created
14. Now you can hover over the modules and see 3 icons on the left. See screenshot

15. If you have duplicate a module you’ll be able to drag&drop or switch it. Note: You can never drag&drop a module without duplicating.
16. Click at the bottom at the page of the page on “Edit Design” to edit the template layout.

17. Now you can hover over the text and images to edit or change them.

18. When you have clicked on the Edit button of an image you’ll be able to Replace, Edit, Hyperlink or Alt link it.

19. If you click on the top right “Preview and Test” and click on “Enter preview mode” you’ll be able to see/test how the email looks on desktop and mobile.



Be sure to have all your images hosted on your own server. For example: 'http://www.yourwebsite.com/images/logo.jpg'
